Caroline (CeCe) Brooks, DNP, FNP-C, CPNP-BC, is a board-certified Pediatric and Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. She is part of Discovery Wellness Group in Cumming, GA, where she and other clinicians prioritize systems-oriented medicine for the whole family. Dr. Brooks is also a Certified BioIndividual Nutrition Practitioner, Great Plains Academy Master Practitioner, and an active member of the Institute of Functional Medicine. Having personally experienced the healing abilities of functional medicine after struggling with Lyme disease, Dr. Brooks strives to provide hope and optimism to her patients. She aims to understand each patient as a whole and provide unique, holistic, and integrative care to guide them toward healing. Discovery Wellness Group offers comprehensive visits, integrative therapies, custom IV formations, newborn home visits, and holistic well and acute child care.
