About Anna Emanuel
Dr. Anna Emanuel is a double board-certified Family and Integrative Medicine physician specializing in personalized, preventive health, longevity, peak performance, hormonal health, digestive health, and cardiometabolic health. She has advanced training in functional medicine and hormone optimization. Dr. Emanuel completed her medical school and family medicine residency at Loma Linda University Health, one of the five Blue Zones in the world, and then pursued an Integrative Medicine Fellowship at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. She is also a certified medical acupuncturist and yoga instructor. Driven by a belief in the body's ability to heal under optimal conditions, Dr. Emanuel integrates integrative, functional, lifestyle, and longevity medicine. She is passionate about empowering patients with preventive and lifestyle-based approaches to health, including hormonal health, nutrition, mental health, weight management, sleep medicine, and mind-body medicine. Currently, Dr. Emanuel serves as Medical Director at Next Health and sees patients in person and via telehealth at their West Hollywood, Century City, and Studio City locations. She leads the development of precision medicine programs, leveraging advanced diagnostics and personalized therapeutics to extend healthspan and optimize performance. Dr. Emanuel is fluent in Polish and Spanish and has a working knowledge of French, allowing her to provide culturally sensitive care. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the California Academy of Family Physicians, the California Medical Association, and the American Medical Association.
