Andrea Felesina is a dually board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and licensed massage therapist with a strong foundation in holistic therapies. As the founder of Sierra Nevada Holistic Services, LLC, her vision is to create a holistic wellness center based in prevention and managed in a treatment team environment, with the patient having the final say. Andrea combines Western and Eastern medical approaches to help patients make transformational shifts in self-care and manage chronic illness, focusing on adult health. Andrea's interest in holistic therapies inspired her to build Sierra Nevada Holistic Services. Her massage specialty includes therapeutic massage and fascia work, and she enjoys working with clients of all age groups and health issues. In her practice, she provides primary care services, meditation classes, and energy work. Sierra Nevada Holistic Services provides a range of primary care services, from annual wellness visits and preventive care to acute and chronic care management. They can also assist patients in accessing needed labs, therapies, or imaging. Andrea aims to provide the communities of Northern Nevada with an East-meets-West approach to healthcare in a comfortable environment. SNVHS does not accept insurance and has opted out of Medicare, accepting cash, check, or charge for services and providing a superbill for reimbursement from commercial insurers.
