About Amy Elder
Amy Elder is an APRN, WHNP-BC at Karis Integrative Medicine in Wasilla, Alaska. She has been seeing women in the Mat-Su Valley for over 25 years, helping them achieve optimal health. Amy practices from a functional medicine perspective, focusing on correcting and restoring health from a biological basis, while also integrating allopathic and complementary therapies. She aims to change the face of medicine from the current standard of care to functional medicine, and precepts NP students in her clinic. She provides personalized care based on extensive history taking, review, and a variety of testing methods, including blood, stool, saliva, and urine.
