Dr. Adam Mashike is a second-generation chiropractor with 24 years of experience, practicing at Mashike Chiropractic Wellness Center in Plymouth, MI. Introduced to chiropractic care by his father and uncle, he graduated from Life University in 1997. Dr. Mashike is also certified in Functional Medicine, allowing him to analyze blood panels and develop nutritional plans to address deficiencies and toxicities. He treats patients of all ages, from infants to athletes, using chiropractic adjustments, corrective care, Kinesio taping, and stretches. Dr. Mashike's approach is informed by his personal experience with injuries sustained during his 12-year motorcycle racing career.
